When you visit our office you will experience a fresh approach to your dental care. We feel it is very important for you to have thorough and complete information about your oral health to guide your choices for dental services.
ADULT PATIENTS
Your First Visit Will Include:
- A short interview so you can discuss with Dr. Lorin or Dr. Melissa any concerns or questions regarding your dental care.
- A review of your medical history
- A comprehensive dental exam which includes a head and neck exam, evaluation of existing tooth structure, necessary radiographs, an evaluation of the gum tissues, and digital photos
- The comprehensive exam will take 70 to 90 minutes.
- Your cleaning will be scheduled at a following appointment. At future cleaning appointments the exam and cleaning will be done at this same time
After your initial exam, a complimentary consultation of the exam findings will be scheduled.
At this appointment our doctors will share with you treatment options and costs associated with your care. Our goal is to give you information so you can make informed decisions about your own dental health.
PATIENTS 22 YEARS AND UNDER
Your First Visit Will Include:
- A comprehensive exam
- Necessary radiographs
- A cleaning with the hygienist
If your condition is more complex then a complimentary consultation is scheduled prior to any dental treatment.
After scheduling an initial appointment, you have the option of receiving your new patient forms by mail, email, downloading a pdf form from our website or filling out the forms online on our website or in person.
